Do you have a phone number I can call?
We currently do not offer phone support - instead, we offer prompt email support and live chat. We do this for a few reasons, which we're happy to share here. Firstly, when we used to offer phone support, these queries represented a relatively small number of enquiries but they could be quite time-consuming. Email support allows us to prioritise urgent queries, as well as to ensure we can get the right support person onto your enquiry promptly and provide the right information first time. Focusing on email support means we can utilise the skills of our team while keeping our overheads (and therefore our prices) low.
What tools do I need to install?
As a general guide for the majority of our products you will require a drill, pop rivet gun, 4mm drill bit, pencil and tape measure, however this may vary with different models. For exact requirements, see the fitting instructions available on each product page.
How much is freight?
We offer free priority shipping to all 50 USA states. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 5 business days after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria, Australia and will be shipped via priority air freight and therefore delivery can take between 4 to 6 business days, depending upon your location.

If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 10 business days please contact us via email ( or via our online chat.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns for 30 days from the date you receive your order. You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

How long until I get my money back after I have returned an item?
We will issue your refund after we have received the item back into our warehouse.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
We offer a 2 year warranty against manufacturing and material faults under normal use. Under this warranty, if a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances WildTop will pay all of the return freight charges. This does not cover damaged items resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, damage in transit. Please note that items will need to be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging. Is the WildTop waterproof?
Yes, the WildTop is made from 16 oz premium heavy duty canvas material that is completely waterproof.
Can I carry a load on top of the WildTop Truck Cap?
Yes. The WildTop's massive 770 lbs static weight is perfect for mounting a rooftop tent or carrying any item that weighs up to 220 lbs.
How much does the WildTop Truck Cap weigh?
The WildTop Truck Cap is extremely lightweight weighing less than 44 lbs and lowers vehicle GVM to carry more.
Can I drive with the sides rolled up?
Yes! in 2024 we upgraded the magnets used in the straps that hold up the sides of the cap to allow users to drive with the sides rolled up.

Do i need to season my canvas?
To condition the canvas, start by fitting the cap to your truck. Then thoroughly wet the canvas with a garden hose, making sure to cover both the inside and the outside. Allow the cap to fully dry, preferably in the sun. Repeat 2 or 3 more times. This allows the fabric to settle after transport and packaging.
