WildTop Truck Cap Warranty Policy Details:
  • Frame and Canvas Cap: 2 years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.
  • Front & Rear Clear or Tinted Windows are warranted for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
  • If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • The RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
  • Any unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging.
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.
  • Warranty does not cover damaged items resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, or damage in transit.
