Dispatch & Delivery Time
All of our products are made to order and generally take up to 5 business days to be dispatched. Delays can also occur during peak buying periods so please see below for approximate handling times for your product.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, this email will also inform you of the tracking information so that you can follow your delivery online!
Once your order leaves our Australian warehouse transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method by which it was shipped, however, most orders will generally be delivered within 4 and 12 business days as our Couriers are super fast.

PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
The couriers we use to send your goods can’t deliver to PO or Military APO/FPO addresses due to the size of our products. Please provide a residential address or business address for all deliveries.
Christmas Closure
We will be Closed Friday 20th December until Thursday 2nd January. All Orders Placed after the 21st December will be processed after 2nd January 2025.

Please Note: Calculation of time for the 3 Week Delivery Promise excludes Christmas closure periods, public holidays and weekends. Time is calculated from the next business trading day. For exmaple orders placed after 5pm on Friday start on the following Monday. Offer only applicable to Continental U.S Customers.
