Please Note: This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

WildTop Truck Cap Warranty

Frame and Canvas Cap Combo
Covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.

PVC Windows
Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase for all orders placed after 5th April 2024.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return packaging for your claim to be processed.

Under this warranty, we will repair any manufacturing fault, or if a repair is not possible, we will replace the item free of charge. Any returns not authorized with an RA number will be refused by our Receiving Department and returned to the sender at their expense.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Abuse, misuse, or negligence

Alteration or modification of the product

Accidents or impact damage

Failure to follow installation or usage instructions

Damage in transit (after initial delivery)

Color fading due to sun exposure (this is a natural process for canvas materials)

Use of inappropriate cleaning agents

Exposure to excessive heat or fire

Important: Weight ratings provided by WildTop refer to the cap frame only, based on evenly distributed loads across ladder racks. They do not indicate your vehicle's load capacity. Always consult your vehicle manufacturer for maximum allowable roof loads. It may be the case that your vehicle cannot accept the same weight as the WildTop frame can.

Examples of Exclusions

Piercing, slicing, or accidental holes in the canvas

Damage from carrying loads exceeding the recommended limits

Loose or removed bolts/clamps

Closing the tailgate into zipper teeth

Any product modifications

Use of harsh or unsuitable cleaning products

Heat/fire-related damage

2. Returns Policy

Your peace of mind is important to us so we have developed our returns policy which only applies to products purchased on wild-top.com. We realize that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes items may have to be returned e.g. you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind. As such, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date of purchase. Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling and administrative costs. All returns must be returned in the original box and in like-new working condition. If not, your refund amount may be reduced by an additional 10%. Any custom made products or accessories cannot be returned.

To return your order, please email us at info@wild-top.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
