Fantastic product! Well done, WildTop! Packaging was excellent—everything arrived with no scratches or dings. The materials, frame, and canvas are all high quality, and the unit feels sturdy yet very lightweight. One person can easily set it up in a pinch.

The only minor issue I found was with the magnetic straps that hold the sides up, but it was an easy fix and didn’t affect overall use.

Really impressed with the build quality of this. Putting it together was a fair amount of work, but everything went together nicely, and it looks awesome on my truck. The engineering and idea behind this topper is perfect for what I need to use it for. There is nothing else like it on the market.

My Wildtop truck cap is perfect as a bed cover and rack.
Function: this is very functional. I replaced my soft/rollup tonneau cover. It keeps dust & water out. Despite the black topper color that I selected, the cover keeps the bed cool on hot sunny days.
Materials:
- Canvas cover: very rigid, water proof.
- aluminum frame is sturdy, and can carry the weight of my kayaks, and fishing gear. Very easy to attach kayak racks, or just use ratchet straps
- zippers on the cover are thick, high quality. They work very well. The way the canvas is layered, to form fit with the zipper
- marine grade plastic windows: very durable, thick, but still transparent enough to see through while driving. Buyers should make sure that you set expectations around a plastic “window”, as it is definitely not as clear as a flat glass windshield, but is good enough to ge the job done.
Safety: this bed cover is not designed to keep thieves out. The zippers are available to any passerby, if the wanted to access your truck bed. For me, I had a soft/rollup tonneau cover, to which could just as easily be “broken into” by thieves. The transparent back plastic windshield does allow folks to view into the back of your bed, so you may want to have a towel or tarp to cover any valuables. (Again, expectations should be reasonable). The frame to the truck cover is very secure. The way the frame attaches to the bed is very secure, and fairly difficult for someone to detach the frame and remove the cover in a short amount of time, inconspicuously.
Installation: fairly straight forward. I’d argue that this is 1 step above an “IKEA” installation. Took me about 90min from start (unboxing) to finish (completed install to the truck).

Overall: this product is great if you want to be able to access the full bed of your truck at anytime, looking to prevent water from getting into your bed, want to be able to climb into the bed without needing to remove the cover, and also love kayaks, truck bed tents, etc.

Love their product!

This can be done by one person but may be easier with two. The instructions are a little light on words but show decent detail on how to assemble. Just be sure you have posts in the right orientation or you will find yourself having to back track. Drilling into my vehicle is a little nerve wracking but easy enough. The bits however that bolt the rack to the truck are tricky the instructions don’t fully explain how they deploy luckily it comes with extra screws as I burned through a couple. Outside of building the quality of it is very nice and sturdy and looking forward to a dry truck bed this coming winter.

As the title says the fit and finish is amazing! Took a few hours taking my time. I thought the hardest part would be to get the cover nice and taut on the frame but I was surprised it fit like a glove. I definitely would recommend it to anybody looking for a great affordable option! I live in Pennsylvania and shipping was about 8 days from Australia. Can't beat it! The only thing negative I have to say is the straps that hold up the side and back covers I'm not too into. They work all right but magnets don't always hold. Might add some buttons onto the back strap and on the top roof bar to hold it up. The side ones won't ever get used too often anyway.

High-quality product (canvas,frame,etc.). The mounting points are very well adapted to my 2024 Ford Ranger.

Initially a was a bit disappointed with the picture based instructions and QC of some parts as they arrived with some cosmetic blemishes but Wild-Top was quick to replace all parts and get me on my way. The instructions are a bit difficult and would be nice to have some additional labeling but watching a few YouTube videos did get me on my way.

For my purposes, I absolutely love the functionality of this topper. I wanted to not lose my visibility, be able to haul SUP boards when needed, keep the air flowing on the sides but also provide some shade for my dog during travels while he’s in his kennel in the truck bed. The Wild Top Full View hits all marks.

I love that my digital rearview camera passes through the front/rear windows and I didn’t lose any of my stock camera functionality. The top also seems like it would work with all types of tailgate pads which is an added bonus.

All in all, if you don’t need the hard sided security, you can’t beat this design; and the customer service is top notch. Thank you, Natalie.

Easy to install, fitment was great. Looks awesome and is super strong.

I initially was interested in the wild too because of the external crossbars and once it arrived I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the overall fit on my truck.

The product arrived quickly and was relatively easy to install. I love the look and function - was able to use the north-south bars with a Yakima rack system to fit two bikes and potentially a roof basket on top of the cover, which is exactly what I needed. Amazing functionality for something that only weighs around 50 lbs.

Only had the topper a couple weeks but the quality seems top notch and it’s already seen the typical FL summer rain showers without any issues. The canvas is thick and so are the windows. Zipppers are nice and beefy and smooth. The magnetic system is pretty neat but could stand for a little more magnet and a little stronger attachment point to the rack itself. Installation is pretty straightforward and you can do it yourself and maybe a little help when it’s time to place the rack in the bed. I have not had a chance to put my roof tent back on my truck but I have no concerns about the rack supporting it. Overall it’s just about perfect if you want some light weight protection from the elements for the items in your bed and still be able to carry a load on top. The shipping from AUS to Florida was quick and easy to track. I had to contact them about my order after it was received and the customer service is outstanding and is a big reason why I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are in the market for a bed topper.

Package arrived in Canada in about a week - no pesky duties etc. Easy build with very clear instructions- just follow them closely. Fit was excellent unlike some other canopies I have seen. The tan colour looks great on my desert sand Maverick.
