Free Hoodie Promotion
Terms & Conditions
1.The Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd of 2 Industry Place, Victoria, Australia (“WildTop”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2.Promotion Period
2.1 This promotion runs from 12:01 AM on 1 June 2026 to 11:59 PM on 8 June 2026, Eastern Time (US) (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 The Promotion Period is strict. Orders placed before the start or after the end of the Promotion Period are not eligible under any circumstances and will not be retroactively included.
3.Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to customers placing orders through wild-top.com during the Promotion Period.
3.2 The promotion is limited to customers within WildTop’s standard retail shipping regions and is void where prohibited by law.
4.The Offer
4.1 Customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) WildTop hoodie at no additional cost (the “Free Hoodie”).
4.2 A “qualifying order” is any single order placed through wild-top.com with a merchandise subtotal of USD $999 or more, calculated after any discount codes have been applied and before tax, shipping, surcharges, duties, and any other fees.
4.3 Only one (1) Free Hoodie is awarded per qualifying order, regardless of how much the order subtotal exceeds USD $999. There is no entitlement to multiple hoodies for orders at USD $1,998 or higher.
5.Automatic Addition at Checkout
5.1 Once the cart merchandise subtotal reaches USD $999, the Free Hoodie line item will be added to the cart automatically.
5.2 If the customer does not wish to receive the Free Hoodie, they may remove the hoodie line item from the cart before completing checkout. Removing the hoodie does not entitle the customer to any discount, credit, or alternative item of equivalent value.
5.3 If the cart subtotal subsequently drops below USD $999 (for example, by removing an item or applying an additional discount code), the Free Hoodie will be removed automatically.
6.Size Selection
6.1 The Free Hoodie is available in Medium (M) and X-Large (XL) only.
6.2 The customer must select their preferred size at checkout. Orders completed without a size selection will not be allocated a hoodie and no remedy will be offered.
6.3 No sizes other than M and XL are or will be made available under this promotion. Requests for other sizes will not be accommodated.
6.4 Size change after order placement. A customer who selects an incorrect hoodie size at checkout may request a size change by contacting WildTop within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours have elapsed, no size change will be made available. Any size change requested within the 48-hour window is subject to availability of the requested size at that time and to the order not yet having been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched or the requested size is no longer available, the original size selection stands.
7.Stock Availability
7.1 The Free Hoodie is offered while stocks last. Stock is limited and is subject to availability of the selected size at the time the order is placed and at the time the order is picked for dispatch.
7.2 Where a particular size sells out during the Promotion Period, that size will be removed from selection at checkout. Customers are not entitled to substitute the unavailable size with another size, another product, store credit, or cash.
7.3 In the event that the selected size becomes unavailable between order placement and dispatch due to inventory error or oversell, WildTop may at its sole discretion substitute the alternative size if available, or omit the hoodie from the shipment. No further compensation, credit, or entitlement will arise.
8.No Substitutions or Cash Alternative
8.1 The Free Hoodie cannot be exchanged for a different product, a different size outside those offered, store credit, cash, gift card, refund, or any other value.
8.2 The retail value of the hoodie may not be deducted from the order total, applied as a discount against the WildTop purchase, or claimed in any other form.
8.3 The Free Hoodie has no cash value.
9.Cancellations, Returns, and Re-orders
9.1 Orders placed before the Promotion Period. Orders placed before 12:01 AM on 1 June 2026 (Eastern Time, US) are not eligible. Such orders cannot be cancelled and re-placed, modified, price-adjusted, or otherwise re-keyed to qualify for the Free Hoodie.
9.2 Cancellation, mistakes, and re-orders.
(a) Order cancelled before dispatch and re-placed during the Promotion Period. Where a customer cancels a qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period before the Free Hoodie has been dispatched (for example, due to a mistake on the original order), and then places a new qualifying order during the Promotion Period, the new order will be treated as a fresh qualifying order and is eligible for one (1) Free Hoodie on the same terms as any other qualifying order.
(b) Order already dispatched with the Free Hoodie. Where a qualifying order has already been dispatched with the Free Hoodie included, the customer is not entitled to a further Free Hoodie on any subsequent re-order, return-and-rebuy, exchange, or replacement order — regardless of the reason for the re-order and regardless of whether the re-order is placed during or after the Promotion Period. One Free Hoodie has already been issued in respect of that customer’s purchase.
(c) Re-orders placed after the Promotion Period. Re-orders placed after 11:59 PM on 8 June 2026 (Eastern Time, US) are not eligible for a Free Hoodie under any circumstance, even where the original order was cancelled before dispatch.
9.3 Partial returns. Where a qualifying order is partially refunded or partially returned and the remaining order value falls below USD $999, the customer must either return the Free Hoodie unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging at their own cost, or accept a deduction equal to the standard retail price of the hoodie from the refund amount.
9.4 Full returns. Where a qualifying order is returned in full, the Free Hoodie must be returned in the condition described in clause 9.3. A full refund will not be processed until the Free Hoodie is received or its retail value is deducted from the refund.
10.Combination With Other Offers
10.1 The Free Hoodie offer may be combined with publicly available WildTop discount codes, provided the merchandise subtotal after the discount remains at or above USD $999.
10.2 The Free Hoodie offer may not be combined with wholesale pricing, staff or friends-and-family pricing, or any other private, contractual, or invitation-only offer.
10.3 Gift cards and store credit may be used as a payment method toward a qualifying order. Their use does not reduce the merchandise subtotal for the purposes of the USD $999 threshold.
11.Fraud, Abuse, and Multiple Accounts
11.1 WildTop reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Free Hoodie, and to cancel any order, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts to obtain multiple hoodies, chargeback abuse, or any other attempt to circumvent these terms.
11.2 Resale of the Free Hoodie obtained under this promotion is permitted, but the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any onward sale and provides no warranties in addition to those required by law.
12.Final and Binding
12.1 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.2 No exceptions will be made for orders placed outside the Promotion Period, missed size selections at checkout, hoodies removed from the cart prior to checkout, or any other circumstance arising from the customer’s own actions or omissions.
13.Changes to the Promotion
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice in the event of fraud, technical failure, supply shortage, force majeure, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
13.2 Any changes will be published on wild-top.com and will take effect from the time of publication.
14.Privacy
14.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with the WildTop Privacy Policy at wild-top.com/policies/privacy-policy.
15.Governing Law
15.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The customer and the Promoter submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia for any dispute arising under or in connection with this promotion.
