This policy covers WildTop Truck Caps and everything else we do.

We also use automated tools (drawing on order and device data) to help detect fraudulent orders.

2. Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the business: delivery carriers, payment providers, our e-commerce, IT and accounting platforms, marketing and advertising partners (including privacy-protective hashed email matching), professional advisers, and government or enforcement bodies where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Overseas disclosure

Because our providers operate globally, your information may be handled in Australia, the United States, Canada, and other countries where those providers maintain systems.

4. Marketing

We may send you marketing about our products. Opt out any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us — we will action it promptly.

5. Holding, security and retention

Your information is held in access-controlled cloud systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it once it is no longer needed.

6. Access, correction and complaints

Email us to access or correct your information, or to complain about how we have handled it. We will respond within a reasonable time and tell you the outcome. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. United States residents

  • Our sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
  • Third-party advertising and analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our sites.
  • You can opt out of targeted advertising (including hashed customer-list matching) by emailing us.
  • Our sites do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
