    WildTop Story Submission — Terms & Conditions

    1. Promoter

    This promotion is run by WildTop Truck Caps (“the Promoter”).

    2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to customers aged 18 years and over who own a WildTop product. Employees of WildTop and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    3. Promotion Period

    Entries open when the form is published and close on 06/30/2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

    4. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must fully complete the WildTop Story submission form, including personal details, written responses, and photo uploads. Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

    5. Prize

    One (1) winner will receive a USD $500 refund on their WildTop order, or a USD $500 Visa gift card. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.

    6. Winner Selection

    The winner will be selected at the discretion of WildTop based on creativity, storytelling quality, and overall presentation. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    7. Winner Notification

    The winner will be contacted via the email provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, WildTop reserves the right to select another winner.

    8. Content Usage Rights

    By entering, participants grant WildTop permission to use submitted content (including photos, written responses, name, and vehicle details) for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, website, and advertising channels, without additional compensation beyond the prize.

    9. Privacy

    Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and related marketing by WildTop, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

    10. General

    WildTop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if required. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the intent of the campaign.
